Receipts and their data are stored securely, with full analytics by expense category and submission history and can be exported in a single file ready to attach to any employer's internal claim process.Claymr isn't an accounting tool or a complex expense management platform.It's a fast, frictionless solution that ensures professionals never lose a claimable receipt again.

What we collect
Through our waitlist form, we collect your email address only. We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.We also collect the date and time of your submission and the source of the sign-up (this website), which is recorded automatically by our email platform for compliance purposes.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We collect your email address for one purpose: to notify you when the Claymr app launches. We may also send you occasional brief updates about the app's development prior to launch, where you have consented to this.Our lawful basis for processing your data under UK GDPR is consent. You provided this consent by ticking the opt-in checkbox on our waitlist form before submitting your email address. You can withdraw your consent at any time — see section 6 for how to do this.We will not use your email address for any other purpose, including advertising, third-party promotions, or sharing with other organisations.
How long we keep your data
We will retain your email address until one of the following occurs:The Claymr app launches — at which point we will send you the launch notification you signed up for. After that, we will not send further marketing unless you have opted in to ongoing communications.You unsubscribe — you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by emailing [email protected] and we will remove you promptly.12 months have passed without a launch — if the app has not launched within 12 months of your sign-up, we will delete your email address from our list unless you have actively re-confirmed your interest.
Third parties and data storage
Your email address is stored and managed using MailerLite, our email marketing platform. MailerLite processes data on our behalf as a data processor, under a data processing agreement that meets UK GDPR requirements.MailerLite may store data on servers located outside the UK. Where this is the case, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR transfer requirements.
